Today we did legs.
My legs are a lot stronger than I thought.
I guess its just from holding up all this weight for 25 years.
Since today was Friday, it was Weigh Day.
I'm now 411 pounds.
I've lost 9 pounds.
91 more to go!
Gonna take the weekend off.
Still eating healthy just no workouts over the weekend.
Back at it Monday morning!
