Its time to do this again...

I haven't been here in quite a while. In fact, I've completely slacked off. Haven't updated the blog in forever and have been eating/drinking terribly. I didn't really think much about my weight loss until last night. This picture was taken of me with the band Breathe Carolina after they performed at Splash:

 


I'm certainly smaller than I used to be. 

But I'm also bigger than I think I am. 

Something has to change. 

That something is me.

Just had this for dinner.

2 chicken hot dogs
2 corn tortillas (should be wheat)
shredded cheese (should be fat free)
Tapatio

Chicken (and turkey) dogs are a great alternative to regular pork and beef hit dogs. Where I'm screwing up here is the corn tortilla instead of wheat and the regular cheese instead of fat free. I need to get my brother to stop buying this crap when he shops!! Can't go wrong with hot sauce though!!

Time to get sweaty. Haven't been to the gym in about 2 weeks. Gonna go hard and do some circuit training.
