It's apple time!

At least it WAS apple time. I killed it. Becoming an apple fan. Are fruits ok to eat when trying to lose weight?

  1. Froots are great! Just watch the sugar. But the way I look at it, I could either chow on a batch of brownies or enjoy some fruit without the guilt. I like to freeze mine so when I'm craving dessert, I go for that instead. Try nanners, berries, cherries, GRAPES even mango tastes better frozen imo. I put the frozen stuffs in plain vanilla yogurt for a treat, sprinkle cinnamon on top & mix it all up. Oh or peel an orange, pour some yogurt on it and sprinkle cinnamon on that! Mmm. You'll forget you're eating healthy, swear. I'll stop now. I could go on forever cause I like food that much. Keep it up Tommy G! You're back on track!!!
